Why Kids Should Learn Jiu-Jitsu
Our Kids & Teens Jiu-Jitsu program helps children develop confidence, focus, and self-discipline through structured, skill-based training in a supportive and fun environment. Beyond improving physical fitness — strength, flexibility, and coordination — students gain practical self-defense skills and a resilient, no-quit mindset they can carry into everyday life.
Kids Jiu-Jitsu • Ages 5–8
Little Gibor Jiu-Jitsu
Our Jiu-Jitsu program for young children focuses on building a strong foundation in coordination, listening skills, and confidence through fun, age-appropriate martial arts training. Designed specifically for ages 5–8, students learn the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and practical self-defense while developing discipline, focus, and respect. Classes improve agility, flexibility, and coordination — all in an engaging environment where kids have fun while they grow.

Youth Gibor Jiu-Jitsu
For students ages 9 to 13, our Jiu-Jitsu program focuses on practical self-defense, physical fitness, and mental resilience. Instructors provide supportive yet challenging training that builds a strong “never give up” mindset. Designed specifically for this age group, classes help children develop confidence and self-esteem while learning how to defend themselves without violence. Through the practice of Jiu-Jitsu, students gain valuable life skills including discipline, respect, focus, and goal setting.

Teen Gibor Jiu-Jitsu
Our Teen Jiu-Jitsu program equips students with practical, real-world self-defense skills while building confidence, discipline, and mental resilience. In a safe, structured environment, teens sharpen their focus, improve fitness, and develop strong problem-solving skills through dynamic training. Designed specifically for teenagers, classes help increase strength, stamina, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness. Students learn effective self-defense regardless of size or strength while building confidence and a healthy self-image. Along the way, they develop character, leadership habits, and positive social skills in a supportive environment.
